Refund policy

Orders with product quality issues, damaged products, or incorrect products can be refunded or reshipped without requiring the customer to return the item; for orders that are unsatisfactory due to personal reasons such as the customer choosing the wrong size, placing the wrong order, or disliking the product, we do not support unconditional refunds or reshipments. We only support returns for refunds, and the customer needs to bear the shipping and other related costs.
